Mission
The role of Learning & Development Administrator is to support our Learning & Development team regarding several activities by providing efficient and proactive administrative and marketing support. The L&D administrator would be based in Brussel and reporting to the team based in Belgium.
Responsabilities
Responsibilities for this position include:
- Providing the necessary support for the follow-up of Development programs both through our Learning agenda as in our Learning Management System;
- Collaborating closely with CEVORA regarding our quarterly reporting and other initiatives;
- Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors;
- Developing a project plan and project documentation;
- Supporting initiatives and transversal projects in the Learning & Development team both locally as internationally.
Profile
Desired skills for learning & development administrator include:
- Ability to learn technology quickly
- MS Office, mainly consisting of:
- Power Point, Excel, Word
- Outlook
- MS Teams
- Languages:
- French – fluent,
- English – fluent,
- Dutch – min. basic knowledge.
- Experience with an LMS, LCMS, TMS or LXP is a plus but not mandatory
